Light is one of the most important things a cannabis, or any plant for that matter, needs. So when your plants are entering their flowering phase, you should make sure they get enough sun (or light in general).
But of course plants are usually pretty dense and it might happen that some flowers will catch more sun than others.
With a little bending and training you can make sure your plants get a nice and equal amount of light, which will lead to the nicest, biggest and fattest buds.
