RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN RWANDA

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Rwanda.

Cannabis is locally grown and is easy to find even though any kind of possession of cannabis is illegal in Rwanda and will be punished.

We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Rwanda regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
