Brunei is very strict on cannabis use and possession and is known for its harsh drug law and sentences. There have been cases in the past where people have even been given the death penalty for marijuana possession.
We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Brunei regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
