Medical marijuana products have been legalized in Poland in the beginning of 2017. Currently medical marijuana products can only be prescribed to patients by licensed physicians.
RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN POLAND
The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Poland.
Cannabis is not hard to find in Poland but any kind of possession of cannabis in Poland is illegal and can lead to severe punishment. There have been cases in the past where people get convicted for having just some residue in a pipe, so be careful.
We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Poland regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
