MEDICAL MARIJUANA IN UKRAINE

The production, sale and possession of any form of medicinal marijuana products are illegal in Ukraine.

RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN UKRAINE

Possession of small amounts of cannabis for personal usage is decriminalized in Ukraine.

The cultivation of up to 10 plants has been decriminalized in Ukraine, as well as possession of small amounts of cannabis. Decriminalized in this case means that you can still be arrested and will most probably receive a large fine.

We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Ukraine regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
