RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN BELARUS

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Belarus.

Belarus is known for its severe punishments for drug related crimes. Possession of cannabis is considered a crime and therefore absolutely not advised.

We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Belarus regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
