RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN SOUTH KOREA
The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in South Korea.
Even possession of very small amounts of cannabis is illegal in South Korea and can lead to punishment. If you would get caught with traces of cannabis in your blood, you could risk severe punishment.
The police are free to basically stop anybody in the street and check them for drugs. Knowing that penalties for any cannabis related crime can be very harsh, you might just want to stay away from this. Be careful.
