Chocolato: A Feast for the Palate

Chocolato is one of the most flavoursome strains out there, offering a truly decadent experience. Its rich flavours and aromas don't come as a surprise though when you take a moment to check out its genetic history. White Choco and Gelato, a match made in cannabis heaven, are responsible for this spectacular cultivar and came together beautifully, creating a 60% indica and 40% sativa strain. This means that Chocolato is a pretty balanced and well-rounded cultivar. And that's not everything—with 24% of THC and around 1.5% CBD, it’s also powerful and offers long-lasting effects.

Aromas, Flavours and Effects of Chocolato: Absolute Scrumptiousness

Doing exactly what it says on the tin, Chocolato is sweet and its main aroma is that of cocoa. This strain will appeal to those who like cooking with cannabis as it's the perfect addition to brownies and cookies. It will elevate baked goods to another level with its sugary and fruity notes and distinct chocolate aroma. Its smooth and rich terpene profile can also be enjoyed by smoking or vaping, for sweet hits that make your mouth water. The effects are almost immediate and pronounced—Chocolato will lift users up and make them want to conquer the world.

Growing Chocolato: Strong and Robust Plants

Chocolato can adapt both to indoor and outdoor environments, producing different plants in each setup. When grown inside, it will remain short, rarely exceeding 100cm, with heights of 50cm often reported. Outdoors, where it can truly shine, this cultivar is able to reach 200cm. Chocolato is sturdy and robust, with strong branches that can hold its resinous flowers. After a short flowering stage, yields will be in the region of 400–500g/m² indoors or up to 400g/plant. Some plants develop purple hues, especially in colder climates.
