 MEDICAL MARIJUANA IN INDIANA

Indiana has a long standing history of banning anything related to marijuana and has been one of the few states that doesn't have any medical marijuana program for a while now.

Therefor, the production, sale and possession of any form of medicinal marijuana products are illegal in Indiana.

RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN INDIANA

The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are highly illegal in Indiana.

Getting caught with less than 30 grams is considered a misdemeanor and can lead to up to 1 year in jail and/or a fine up to $5,000. Carrying more than that is considered a felony and might end you up in jail for up to 2,5 years and might get you a fine up to $10,000.

In the beginning of 2017 a legislation passed senate that would give severe epileptic patients access to CBD oil. This bill still has to be approved by the House of Representatives before it can be executed.
