Any form of possession of cannabis is illegal in Luxembourg and can lead to severe penalties.
There have been some talks in the government about the possibility of legalizing medical marijuana usage in the past and in 2017 a petition has been launched on the country’s parliament website, calling for legalization of medical marijuana. So far nothing has changed and cannabis remains illegal in Luxembourg in any form and amount.
