MEDICAL MARIJUANA IN MACEDONIA
Macedonia legalized the usage of medical marijuana in extract form in 2016. Extracts with a THC percentage below 0,2% is available without a prescription. Extracts with a higher percentage are only available for patients with a prescription from a licensed physician.
RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN MACEDONIA
The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Macedonia.
Possession of cannabis in Macedonia is illegal and will be punished.
