Sometimes, breeders hybridize strains not just to develop better characteristics, but because the names of the respective strains just go so well together. That's the story of Kong 47. A special breed of King Kong was developed, called the brutal cut. When this King Kong came across an AK-47, it was unstoppable. Kong 47 became an indica-dominant, relaxation-inducing beast.
The flowering period of this strain lasts for only 45–56 days. When grown under correct conditions, the yields can reach up to 1200–1500g/plant outdoors. The terpenes in this strain express the kinder nature of Kong 47 with powerful fruity aromas. Outdoor growers will harvest Kong 47 during the first weeks of September.

Recently finished up some kong47... very homogenous strain... almost like clones from seeds... 2 phenos show only after 4 weeks of flower... one just finishes at 7 weeks STRONG... the other finishes at 8 weeks and yields slightly better... both very resinous... fruity, and somewhat fleshy with skunk undertones... all mine were about 2.5x stretchers... above avg yields but nothing insane... buzz starts sativa like messing with vision and buzzing teeth.. LOL.. Sativas will have that humming in the teeth thing for me.... turns me into Mr. Goofy for the 1st hour... fun social high... THEN, as some descriptions suggest, the indica side kicks your ass... unique.... I would have given it a higher rating if the bag appeal was better... not the prettiest, but does the job... EASY grow with no quirks, and ALL seeds cracked WILL produce a good plant... that in itself is novel.... FAST to finish.... worth cracking a few and clone a favorite.... YT
