RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA IN CAMEROON
The cultivation, sale, and possession of cannabis for recreational purposes are illegal in Cameroon.
The country of Cameroon is quite tolerant towards medical marijuana. Since 2001 there have been attempts to decriminalise medical usage of marijuana, but the current situation is unclear. This means that any possession is technically illegal and can be punished.
We are not aware of any possible law changes in the (near) future in Cameroon regarding medical and/or recreational cannabis.
