House Of The Great Gardener is a seed bank from Vancouver Island, BC. The breeders from Great Gardener have mainly been working with local cannabis compassion clubs to produce strains designed for medical marijuana patients. This includes a large variety of strains offering unique cannabinoid profiles.
The Great Gardener team has a passion for extracts and concentrates, and that definitely comes across in some of their strains. GG1 (formerly known simply as Afghani), for example, produces heavy, resin-rich nuggets that are perfect for producing a variety of concentrates.
House Of The Great Gardener has produced a number of award-winning strains. These include Haoma, an indica-dominant strain that boasts short flowering times and heavy nugs with a rich, fruity aroma. Haoma won 2nd place in the 2011 High Times Cup Concentrates category as the main strain behind Hydra Hash. It also won 1st place at the 2011 Treating Yourself Expo in the Compassion Club category.
Today, the breeders at House Of The Great Gardener continue their work, breeding select strains based on the demands of local users and patients.
